Bitfinex lists tokenized Strategy and Metaplanet notes

Bitfinex Securities listed five tokenized notes linked to Bitcoin treasury companies. The products track the economic performance of shares in Strategy. The products track the economic performance of shares in Metaplanet. The products track the economic performance of shares in Sweden's H100 Group. The products track the economic performance of shares in France's Capital B. Bitfinex Securities also listed Strategy's variable-rate perpetual preferred stock, STRC. Bitfinex Securities described the launch as the first time these products were available for secondary trading on a regulated tokenized securities exchange. ORO (II), a Luxembourg umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities, issued the notes. The notes are backed by the underlying securities held with regulated financial institutions. The notes do not give investors direct ownership of the corresponding company shares. Eligible investors can access fractional exposure from about $1. The products trade against the US dollar, Tether's USDt (USDT) and Bitcoin (BTC). The products are limited to eligible investors. US persons cannot access them. The listings followed Bitfinex Securities' $50 million tokenized capital raise for metals company Alkemya in August. Bitfinex Securities said its listed assets now exceed $500 million.
