ESMA calls for more powers to enforce European crypto rules

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) said on Wednesday that European regulators should be given more powers to help them enforce crypto rules. ESMA said it should be able to tell crypto companies to freeze crypto assets when it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the assets are linked to crime.
