Coinbase Ventures and CMCC Global close Raven funding round at $90 million valuation

Coinbase Ventures and CMCC Global closed a strategic funding round with Raven at a $90 million pre-money valuation. Both investors confirmed the round. Raven declined to disclose how much each investor contributed. Cofounder Petar Kostov said Raven expanded from crypto trading into prediction markets in the second quarter of 2025. Raven provides liquidity for prediction markets, including Kalshi and Polymarket. The firm has quoted more than 3,000 contracts across sports, crypto, macroeconomics and entertainment. Kostov said Raven advises venues on technical setup and market design before launch. He said Raven provides opening liquidity at launch and continues to support venues as they expand into new categories. CMCC Global cofounder Charlie Morris joined Raven's board and will work with management to expand among institutions. The Block previously reported that Raven raised $2.7 million in a seed round at a $25 million valuation.
