Changpeng Zhao claps for BNB Chain launchpad as GENIUS token spikes

Changpeng Zhao marked the genius.fun launchpad announcement on BNB Chain with one clap emoji on Thursday. The GENIUS token climbed above $0.42 before drifting back during the day. GENIUS had a market cap near $118 million. The token remained below its April high of $0.95. Zhao questioned whether his post caused the move after a user credited him for the price increase. The launchpad pairs tokens with tokenized public company shares called bStocks. The team says buyers can send those positions to a foundation that unwraps them into real equity.
